Principle of work:
The hot air enters the mixing and crushing drying chamber from the bottom of the dryer by the inlet pipe at a suitable spout speed,
and produces strong shear, blowing, floating and rotating effects on the material. Therefore, the material is particulated by centrifugation,
shear, collision and friction, which enhances the mass and heat transfer. At the bottom of the dryer is bigger than the wet particles under
the action of stirrer was mechanical crushing, low moisture content, the smaller the particle size, particle entrainment by the rotating flow
increase, further drying in the process of rise, because the gas solid two phase rotating flow, solid phase of inertia is greater than the gas
phase, two phases of gas in the relative velocity is larger, and strengthen the two heat transfer, mass transfer and the machine production
of high strength.

Main Features

◆High circumferential air velocity in the drying room, short retention time of materials, effectively prevent wall sticking and heat sensitive

◆Fast drying speed. It takes 1-10 seconds to complete the dryer.
◆Material retention time can be adjusted. It can be adjusted between 1-500s. It is suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials.
◆High circumferential air velocity in the drying room, short retention time of the material, effectively prevent the material from sticking to the
wall and heat sensitive material deterioration.
◆The drying chamber is equipped with a grading ring and a swirl sheet, and the fineness of the material and the final moisture can be adjusted and controlled.
◆High drying strength. For example: dry starch, the inlet temperature of 140 degrees Celsius, outlet temperature of 65 degrees Celsius, the
volumetric heat transfer coefficient as high as 68540 kj/(m2 · ℃).
